Our Philosophy

Coffee is a craft we've perfected through passion and precision. From our early days home roasting on stovetops to where we are today, our journey has been shaped by curiosity, experimentation, and the support of our community.

We source exceptional single-origin and blended beans and roast them fresh to order—never before your purchase. This commitment to freshness, combined with our dedication to quality sourcing and fair practices, sets us apart. We believe great coffee deserves care at every step: grind just before brewing, store in an airtight container away from light, and take time to savor each cup.

Our philosophy is simple: exceptional coffee, thoughtfully roasted, affordably priced.

Rest, grind, and brew

Freshly roasted beans release gas as they rest. Use these windows as starting points for tasting, not fixed rules: roast level, coffee, equipment, and personal preference can change when a coffee tastes best. Count days from the roast date.

Brew method Rest after roasting Grind starting point
Espresso Try 7–14 days Fine; adjust to your machine and recipe.
Pour-over / drip Try 3–7 days Medium-fine for pour-over; medium for drip.
French press Try 4–8 days Coarse; adjust to taste and steep time.
AeroPress Try 3–7 days Medium-fine; adjust to your recipe.
Cold brew Try 5–10 days Coarse; adjust to steep time and filtering.

You can brew sooner and compare as the beans rest. Some coffees, especially lighter roasts, may benefit from more time. Taste and adjust rather than treating any window as a deadline.

All our coffees can be ordered as whole bean. Grind only what you need, just before brewing, and keep the remaining beans airtight, away from heat and light. Explore our coffee range to find your next brew.
